PUSH/ PULL 2019
We will be hosting our 3rd annual Push/Pull workout benefiting Project Purple in their quest to find a cure for Pancreatic Cancer on Saturday, November 16th.
There will be two boot camp workouts at 7:30 and 8:30 AM and two CrossFit workouts at 8 and 9 AM. All are scaleable and are open to ages 14 and above. The workout is a 20 minute AMRAP consisting of 11 pull-ups, 18 push ups, 3 deadlifts (body weight) and a 200m run.
You do not have to be a member to participate but if you are, you can go ahead and sign up for class as usual in MindBody for the time that you want.
